What To Do If The Door & Window Roller Fails?

1. To make the following processes easier, first install the upper pulley portion of the sliding door when replacing it.

2. Keep in mind to remove the wool top so you may use the best tool, a 6mm hexagonal wrench, in the hole.

3. If you're having trouble, you can rotate the screw after inserting the short end of the wrench into the inner six holes of the screw.

4. The higher pulley can now be removed in parallel when the screw has been loosened.

5. After that, fasten it with fresh screws.

6. Insert the top pulley flat into the opening between the door frame's inner wall and the screw cap. To maintain a specific space between the higher pulley and the door frame, keep in mind to leave a cardboard between them.

7. Then tighten the screws.

8. Installation of the higher pulley. You may now take out the cardboard.

9. Reverse the sliding door and tuck it away. At this point, you can hold the lower pulley down with your hand while screwing something into the bottom's spherical hole. You can easily screw it in by adjusting the square screw hole so that it is perpendicular to the screw. To tighten the screw, use a 5mm hexagonal wrench.

10. Five more rotations are sufficient after the screw has been inserted into the adjustment block. The sliding door's upper and lower pulley have only been fitted on one side thus far. The other upper and lower pulleys can be installed using the same techniques.

11. If the sliding door is not flat after it is installed on the rails, you can continue to adjust it with a 6mm hexagon wrench. Clockwise rotation is up, counterclockwise rotation is down.
