The Use of Aluminum Alloy Shell Precautions

When using aluminum alloy housing, the following matters need to be noted.

• Avoid contact with chemical substances: Although aluminum alloy has a certain corrosion resistance, it is still necessary to avoid long-term contact with strong acids, alkali and other chemical substances to prevent corrosion or damage.

• Protection against mechanical impact: Although the aluminum alloy shell has a high strength, excessive mechanical impact or impact may cause deformation or rupture. 

• Proper cleaning and maintenance: Regular cleaning of the aluminum alloy casing, which can be wiped with a mild cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid using cleaners containing abrasive particles to avoid scratching the surface

• Temperature control: Aluminum alloy has good heat dissipation performance, but in extreme high or low temperature environments, its performance may be affected.

• Avoid electrolytic corrosion: Electrolytic corrosion may occur when aluminum alloys are in direct contact with other metals and exposed to moisture. Therefore, in the design and use process, measures should be taken to prevent direct contact between different metals, such as the use of insulating gaskets or coating isolation layers.
