1. Design and planning: At this stage, a three-dimensional design of the enclosure is carried out based on the design requirements and dimensions of the product. The designer uses computer-aided design (CAD) software to draw a model of the enclosure and carry out the necessary planning, including determining CNC machining paths, tool selection and fixture design.

2. Casting or Cold Punching: Casting is the process of pouring molten aluminium alloy into a casting pattern and waiting for it to solidify and take shape. This method is suitable for mass production. Cold Punching uses aluminium pellets of a material that is formed in a single pass using an extrusion press and die, and is suitable for columnar shaped products or product shapes that are difficult to achieve with the stretching process.

3. CNC machining: the designed model program is fed into the CNC machine, and the machining is done automatically by the CNC machine. the CNC machined aluminium alloy shells may leave cutting marks and burrs, which need surface treatment to get a smooth and beautiful appearance.

4. Surface treatment: Commonly used surface treatment methods include sandblasting, polishing, anodizing, etc.
