Machining methods for aluminium housings

Aluminium enclosures can be processed in a variety of ways, the following are some common ones:

1. Casting: The process of pouring molten aluminium alloy into a casting pattern and waiting for it to solidify and take shape. This method is suitable for mass production and the shell shape is relatively simple. Casting can be divided into pressure casting, gravity casting and injection casting, etc. 

2. Extrusion: The aluminium enclosure bar is put into the extrude, and the aluminium is extruded into the desired shell shape through the extrusion die. This method is suitable for long shells or shells with complicated edges.

3. Punching: The aluminium enclosure is put into the punching machine, and through the punching die and punching pressure, the sheet will be punched into the required shell shape.
