What Is Laser Cutting?
Laser cutting is a new method of cutting metallic or non-metallic materials. In cutting, the laser beam is focused to a point of very small diameter and high power intensity luminous flux, and then a sheet of metal or other solid material is placed on the cutting table, where the surface of the material begins to melt under the high temperature of the laser beam, while fine lines appear as the laser beam moves across the metal.
